STAFF

Becki Starr serves as our primary receptionist and bookkeeper.   She assists Craig Harris in his business law and estate planning practice and also performs general secretarial work.  Becki fills in wherever needed and assists all staff members in order to keep the office running smoothly. 

Becki is the mother of three children, two of whom are students at Williamsport High School.  Becki is a very active parent who is involved in the leadership of many of the numerous extracurricular activities of her children.

Marty Harris is the estates paralegal for Carpenter, Harris & Flayhart. Marty is responsible for assisting the attorneys in the operations of the firm's estate administration practice. Under their direction she provides regular contact with clients and handles the day-to-day process of administering estates to finalize the personal affairs of a deceased family member. Whether an estate is large or small, she is very accessible to clients on a "drop-in" basis and works diligently to serve their needs.

She received her B.A. degree in psychology/sociology from Susquehanna University and began her career first in social service before coming to the law firm in 1984. Marty is married to attorney, Craig Harris. They live in Williamsport, are the parents of two grown sons and have recently welcomed the first granddaughter to their family.

Stephanie Zerby has worked with Carpenter, Harris & Flayhart for more than five years and is depended on in various capacities. Her most important function is to support attorney Lori Rexroth, as her paralegal in family law, personal injury and criminal practice. She also assists attorney Martin Flayhart in the preparation of business and estate planning documents.

Stephanie comes from Mill Hall, PA. She is the mother of two young children who keeps busy taking care of her extended family and being involved with her children's many activities.
