Biography
Martin Flayhart received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1974. Previously, he received his B.A. degree with
honors from the University of Virginia in 1971, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. During 1969-70, he studied in Scotland at the University of Edinburgh.
He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He has appeared and argued a case before the United States Supreme Court.
Martin practices law primarily in the areas of social security disability,
personal injury, municipal law and real estate.
He is a member of the Lock Haven Rotary Club and has been a past president of this organization. Martin is also a member of the Jersey Shore Area Chamber of Commerce and is a current board member and past president.
He has taught several legal courses as an adjunct faculty member at Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, PA and at Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA. He has also been a legal advisor to the student team for the Mock Trial Competition at Jersey Shore High School.
As a hobby, he plays clarinet in the Repasz Band of Williamsport, PA, which is the oldest civilian band in the United States having been founded
in 1831. He and his wife live in Cogan Station, PA with their mixed border collie-black Labrador, Cody.

Biography
Craig Harris graduated from Allegheny College with a degree in economics. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School and is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Craig practices law primarily in the areas of real estate, business planning and development, estate planning, elder care and estate administration.
Craig served on the Executive Committee of the Lycoming Law Association during the years 2000-2008 and as its President in 2007. He has also served on various boards of the Jersey Shore Hospital as well as on the Board of the Jersey Shore Area Chamber of Commerce for a period in excess of 20 years, having also been a past president.
Craig has been involved with the Jersey Shore Industrial Development Corporation since 1985. He has represented several local manufacturing companies in connection with obtaining Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority financing for construction and expansion of their local facilities, resulting in additional employment opportunities for people in the Jersey Shore Area. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Community Housing and Development Corporation of Jersey Shore for more than fifteen years and is currently serving as its President.
Craig is an avid sportsman who enjoys tennis, skiing and golf. He also sings in a men’s quartet that performs at community and church events. Craig grew up in Lock Haven and now lives in Williamsport with his wife Marty. He is the father of two sons and delights in the addition of the first grandchild to the family.

Biography
Lori Rexroth received her law degree from the University of Dayton, School of Law in 1992, after receiving her Bachelor of Science from Millersville State University in 1989. She is a Veteran having served in the United States Air Force/Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corp as a paralegal from 1980-1986.
Lori spent much of her early legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Clinton, Lycoming and Snyder Counties. In January 2010 she left the Clinton County District Attorney’s Office where she worked as a part-time Assistant District Attorney in order to pursue private practice on a full-time basis.
Lori is the firm’s primary litigator, practicing in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal and Juvenile Defense. She previously served as an active member of the Pennsylvania District Attorney Association’s Child Abuse Coalition and works frequently with victims of domestic violence.
Born in York, Pennsylvania, Lori has lived in the Williamsport area with her husband Dave Davenport, Jr. and son, since 1996. She is actively involved with her son’s Cub Scout Pack, acting as a Den Leader and member of the Pack 38 Committee and has served as a past president of the American Cancer Society-Central Susquehanna Unit.
