ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

Carpenter, Harris, and Flayhart has assisted clients in the performance of estate settlement services for decedent's estates for a period in excess of 30 years. We handle estates of all sizes, and throughout the multi-county area. We work closely with the duly selected personal representative of the estate as well as other family members in order to carry out the stated wishes of the "deceased", and we do our best to accomplish this in as short a time as possible. We provide guidance through every step of the administration process and are able to relieve the executor/administrator of a tremendous amount of the burden that goes with the responsibility of being the appointed legal representative of an estate, and we do so at a reasonable cost. We have close relationships with most professionals in the area whose services may be called upon during an estate administration such as auctioneers, appraisers, realtors, accountants, surveyors, to name a few.
